Nope, still working on it. I noticed that the service pay was actually on there, it was tagged as a different pay code so I missed it. I brought it up to my SM that I was missing pay for the bridging the gap, and he tried giving me this weird excuse that didn't really make sense. Something along the lines of "oh, Starbucks isn't really gonna keep doing that anymore, and they can't really pay you for the hours you can't work especially if you only have afternoon availability". I'm a student, so my availability is only really afternoons and weekends, but we aren't open in the afternoons anymore. He "claims" that since my availability no longer matches that of the store, they can't pay my supplemental pay if its for hours I couldn't actually work (aka monday - friday mornings). Personally, I don't really think he knew how to answer my inquiry so he just started feeding me false information, but hopefully I find out more soon.
