Idk if you guys realize this but sometimes on mobile order it over specifies your drink even if you didn’t mean to :) its just an error, happens all the time at my store

If my observations guide me correctly, I believe it only happens when a person selects a modifier, but then changes it back to standard in the app. And yes, also cranky folks who want to be extra specific

Yeah, ive seen it happen when they like accidentally make a modification. Most often i get like, dragon drinks that say “iced”

If you select latte in the app, "2% milk" and "steamed" are listed options automatically selected by the app. So it probably automatically printed it out the way it shows up there. 😕

The standard changed from whole to 2% the year I started working, I began training in whole only to have to switch to 2% by the end of my training. I was first hired in 2007.

Lol reminds me for one regular, we need to add “liquid cane sugar” for his passion tango tea since we try to explain to him the default is sweetened but he says it’s not sweet enough unless we specifically put it has liquid cane sugar
