Backstory- I'm on a keto diet. I found this "secret menu" recipe . I order thru uber eats bc I work on an office. I thought this was gonna be a SPLASH of heavy whipping cream. This sh*t is THICK AF. I feel like I'm drinking JUST liquid fat I dont even think there is any tea

Shaken teas are made with half water, half tea normally so when you put no water add heavy cream, the heavy cream will replace what would be water.
