let me set the scene:
were the busiest store in the district, like were right off the interstate so we BUSY busy all the time. we had a SSV call out (she had a fever so def not blaming her at all!!) and none of our sticker machines are working.
all day it has been writing on cups and then constantly checking the POS system for mobile orders and ofc nobody is waiting to come pick them up so for awhile we had about 6 people in our cafe waiting and very impatient.
did i add that i wasnt supposed to work today but swapped shifts with someone?
anyways, it be like that sometimes

Right? I tried so hard to talk our SM into shutting off mobiles because constantly checking the system on top of everything else we had to do while slammed today was ridiculous. Luckily everything came back up at our location around 4pm

Mobile orders was fine in our store luckily. Our orders labels doesn’t print, we had a hard time writing cups and bags by DTO, POS & warming!
Yesterday our credit card keypads won’t operate in DT, constantly the window barista have to leave the window with customer’s credit cards and scan in the lobby..very pathetic.
Day before yesterday, we unable to key in espresso shots!
