What are your average hours? Starbucks is supposed to be supplementing your check for the reat of this month to equal your average. Contact your SM and ask what's going on. Call PCC if they aren't helpful.

The SMs are responsible for adding in cat pay. You need to call yours and your DM and then PRSC.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I was missing a ton of hours and the issue is being resolved but I had to talk to both Partner Support Center and my manager. If you are missing hours then most likely so are your other coworkers so please speak up. They are supplementing your scheduled hours with cat pay for your baseline average hours until the end of May (US).

Same, apparently it wasn’t communicated to SM’s very well. The problem is our SM has been problematic lately and has the next 3 days off, everyone is afraid to bother her and tell her to fix it.

Isn’t catastrophe pay supposed to be covering what you aren’t been given in hours? Until June 13th

If your hours are cut some states still let you get on unemployment, and with the extra 600 a week it can really help.
