Obviously dinosaurs have taken over. Their T-Rex arms are too short to reach the keyboards to their computers so they frantically put you on hold while they run around like chickens with their heads cut off, trying to figure out what to do about your IT problem. But it's their own fault they got themselves into this situation, they lied on their resume to get a better paying job and weren't provided any training because they were trusted with knowing how to do their jobs.
