Does anybody know if two baristas are allowed to date in the same store ? What’s the policy ? Do they transfer ?

Yes they are as long as they maintain professionalism and are on the same level. Barista barista for example, not barista and shift. You can’t date a subordinate.

My store...my coworkers girlfriend had to get a job at other side of town store. But there were several that kept their dating secret, the worse was when a barista dated a supervisor and fought all the time. The barista would ask for coverage just so they wouldn't have to work with the supervisor...it was awkward

The official policy is that two partners can date as long as they hold the same position (barista dating a fellow barista ) and remain professional on the floor. If barista and shift start to date, one of the partners will need to transfer though.

I got my fiancé a job at the bux and my manger was cool with it as long if we remain professional ☺️

You're totally allowed to maintain existing relationships! If you transfer to a store where your significant other works I also believe that is fine as long as you disclose it during the hiring process

in my district you can’t date someone you work with. either they have to work opposites schedules or one gets transferred. i’m pretty sure that’s policy but maybe districts do it differently.
