I don’t think so because you’re not really losing any money. But it may depend on state. In my state, I know someone who applied for unemployment and is receiving it even though he is working bc his company isn’t making up the weekly hours he worked before hand (I think he worked 35-40hrs/week and now works around 20hrs)

Depending on your state, your can file for partial unemployment next month when corporate stops supplementing our hours.
