Be accurate first, speed will come with time. Tell yourself “it’s just coffee,” it will help you destress so much

theres no water in the iced chai tea, always shake ur refreshers and teas, drinks with a thick sauce get the xtra hot steam setting (ex. white mocha, psl), a lil bit of strawberry puree goes into the bottom of the cup after before u put the strawberry frapp into the cup, if the whip doesnt get any toppings put the lid on before u do the whip cream so its easier, put the milk a line lower in the steam pitcher for cappuccinos(milk goes to tall line for grande cappucinno) thats all the stuff i can think of that ive seen some ppl do wrong/ ive done wrong so hopefully it helps u out a bit!

SLOW IS SMOOTH, SMOOTH IS FAST. That’s a tip I picked up from the army and has helped me learn, don’t rush and always ask questions, in no time you’ll be steaming milk with the best of them

If a customer is hassling you to a high degree, or calling you names you can just reply with "Im going to need you to be polite or I will have to ask you to leave.". Customers cant bully you, and if they refuse to be civil you have every right to warn them, and then have them sent out.

Also, making a frappe with extra heavy cream turns it into a milkshake

Don’t let yourself get nervous. We all know and understand it takes time to learn everything. If you need to ask a question, don’t hesitate to ask
