it’s helpful that you already have some customer service experience, bc if you get hired you’re bound to meet some pretty intense customers.
I really can’t say much in what they look for in a person, but i will say that if you do get hired, come in with an open mind. things might feel real intense at first, a lot of drinks to learn, etc. but it’s all repetitive, and we all started at square one at some point. lean on your coworkers to help you bc they definitely will.
it’s a stressful job, but also comes with some fun perks like free coffee, drinks, spotify, etc. but i wish you luck! keep us updated on how it goes.

I also don't know what to say as far as getting hired goes. Customer service is a plus for sure.
But I am a trainer, and my advice for if you do get hired is to trust that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It can feel super overwhelming at first, but you'll get there. It takes time for things to become muscle memory. Stick it out and work hard, and you'll be fine.
