With a licensed store you need to have the black Starbucks hat, some girls at my store opted for visors and said that helped

Can you wrap the velcro with ribbon or something? The idea of tearing or tangling your hair would be frustrating i imagine!!! :(

I just bought a hat from coffegear and it doesn’t have Velcro, it was $7.25

You can wear any hat pretty much as long as it's the appropriate color and doesn't have a logo for somewhere else. Bucket style hats aren't allowed though. Some people I've seen wear fedora type hats and a lot at my store wear beanies.

I see, I'll look into that. If it makes a difference I work for one inside a Target and they emphasize the hat has the logo

Ah I'm not sure about licensed store rules. Perhaps you can find a black hat that doesn't have velcro, cut the logo off the other one, and hot glue it to the new hat.
