We had a woman come through with a picture... she asked if she showed it to us could we make it. We assumed the pic included the sticker or a recipe... NOPE. Just a pic of a drink...

LMAOO we have an ex-partner who comes through and asks for joke stuff like Pokemon Go frappuccino and he pulled through asking for an Ariana Grande one the other day. I didnt think it was real haha

I think you worded it more like the customer is asking us what goes in it, originally, which is why the download. If you can tell us the recipe, its not an issues, especially if you just order it as the recipe. I get people all the time who will order like, the twix Frappuccino, and stare at me for 2 minutes while I explain idk whats in it, holding up my line, only to find out they do. If we are busy, thats extra annoying. I'm trying to get everyone in and out all with a great experience. If, however, you come up and say "can I get a tall caramel Frappuccino but can you add xyz" to it, making xyz the recipe, then its fine. Time efficient and we don't have to sit around trying to figure out what you want for as long.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding your post, but how am I, a barista, supposed to know what goes into a Pokémon go Frappuccino? I’m trained to know my drinks, not some made up creation.

see we don’t know what’s supposed to be in it. either a customer or an employee came up with a special recipe and gave it a name. so we have no idea what the name refers to or what the recipe is.
