Shoe Advice (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Jibebe98
So, I've been working at Starbucks for awhile now, and while I appreciate the fact we can wear almost any shoe we want, I can't seem to find a comfortable shoe to wear to work. My shoes tend to start hurting my feet at like the 4 hour mark and make the rest of my shift kind of suck. Does anyone have any shoes they prefer to work in or are comfortable to wear for long shifts?

Vans for the makers ultra Cush are super comfortable, also I have an auto immune disease so I swell up super fast, you could try using compression socks to help

I wear timberland pros. They’re a little on the expensive side, but they are EXTREMELY comfortable. They also look nice and hold up well. I’ve been wearing mine for years and still get compliments on them regularly.

Danskos baby, it’s what nurses wear. They can be spends but you may also be able to find them second hand. Totally worth it.

Rubber rain boots! Mine go up to my ankles. They’re comfy, waterproof and easy to clean :)
