Brew coffee (your pike, blonde, dark, ect.) make the ice teas (green, black, white, ect), assemble the pastry case, fill up the ice bins, prep the sani bucket and the sani rag that goes under the steam wand, fill up the coffee beans on the bars, and if you’re running low on ice coffee then make that, too! Also, maybe restock the fridges with milk (although at my store, the closing crew does that the night before) aaannndd that’s all I can think of right now but I’m pretty sure that’s about it.
Sorry, I’m actually a closer but I’ve opened a few times. You actually have to do way less than you have to do during closing.

Don't forget to turn on the ovens right away so they can warm up and is good to go for opening
