Technically anything over 15 has to be done online because of the possibility of fraud. You could make the moment right and tell em you can do 20/30 but the rest has to be online. Sorry for the trouble etc

Man I feel really bad for you guys, we had the exact thing happen at my store. We’re right next to the navel academy so some navy mom wanted to do something special for a bunch of them. Thankfully she called a week ahead so we were ready. I was the SS on duty so I was the one who did all of it. I can’t imagine the amount of frustration you felt having to do that in a drive through!

I have felt this pain. When I worked at a gas station, we were surrounded by car dealerships all owned by the same company. They had a promotion of buy a car get a $50 gas gift card. The dealerships like CFO or something once contacted corporate and tried to order them online but they sent him to our store and he spent $25,000 on 500 gift cards.
