Dalgona coffee at work? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by jatar2889
I’m bored and was thinking to myself what would be the best way to make something similar to dalgona coffee at work just for fun lol. I was thinking like make cold foam with sugar but was wondering in what coffee would be good to use. At first I thought trap roast, but that would be gross and taste like soy sauce so idk. I feel like adding real coffee or cold brew would affect the foam too much too, any ideas lol?

it works with the via instants with sugar and hot water, blended on 4 a couple times, also works with matcha and heavy cream for whipped matcha, i just had to blend it three or four times to get the right consistency

dang that’s smart , when I was at Starbucks I just made vsccf and added either shots or cold brew to it .

i think someone at my store did some kind of variation with one of the whipped cream canisters but i’m not sure exactly what she put in to make it.

I thought it was okay, but it just takes forever to make - meaning, it can eat into your ten if you’re making it (since it’s not a standard drink that everyone is trained on)

yesterday I did 3 pumps of frap roast, one pump of white mocha, 2 packets of sugar, and blended it on 3! put some milk in a tall cup and topped it with the whipped-up frap roast. I loved it❤️

Cold brew worked for me. I put two pumps of vanilla in and some cream though.
