And I’m so happy about it. Happy to be taking a break from this company that refuses to prioritize the health and safety of the workers who generate its income in the first place. Happy to be getting away from customers who jeopardize my mental health and safety. Happy to be free. I hope you all can do the same.

For those of us who aren't able to take LOA could you sign and share www.change.org/partnersfirst to continue CAT pay past the 31st?

I applied for partial unemployment, if I get approved I think I will inquire about getting unemployment benefits during a LOA.

Are you taking it unpaid? The way they worded things in some of the updates made it seem like you could take LOA and get unemployment

I’ve been claiming unemployment anyway because Starbucks isn’t my full time job. I make the exact same amount of money working at Starbucks and claiming unemployment as I would just staying home and not working, so I have no idea why I’m risking myself for sbux at this point
