So what do my fellow partners like to do on their days off or free time? I thought it would be fun to see what other partners like to do or enjoy? I like to go to Thrift Stores and Flea Markets and find cool old glassware. (if this isn't allowed ill delete it) (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m in NYC right now so everything is still shut down and we’re all being very cautious. That said, though, I am starting a garden on my fire escape, and doing some embroidery!

It’s so much fun! different stitches can be good for different designs and it can be really easy to learn with a little practice. definitely give it a go if you want!

Thrifting is something I really miss rn, I’m doing a lot of reading at the moment and have been working up the courage to do my art again after having a super huge art block annnnnd I play a lot of Animal Crossing!!

Recently I take my hammock out a lot, great way to get outside while still keeping my distance. Love video games, also ironically love going to coffee shops, not the Starbucks kind lol

my cousin has one of those hammock things and i got to use it last year at the beach house we all rented and i liked it alot. i was thinking of getting one but im not really an outdoor person.

Highly recommend it! You can find the portable, parachute material ones on amazon for a pretty great deal. It’s a great way to get you outside, and it gets me walking trails bc that’s usually a great place to setup!

Be happy. I’d usually hang out with friends and thrift shop. I’ve been baking an unnecessary amount of bread recently.

Ooee, I do miss thrift stores at the moment. We're still shut down in my area. I've been reading a lot, journaling & meditating a *little*, practicing yoga. Mostly sitting around on my phone, reading the news & spinning out with anxiety. *shrugs*

I'm in a suburb outside of NYC, so everything is shut down, but I also love thrifting. I spend most of my days off doing that and going to the gym, which of course I will not be doing that for a long time. At least I can still read and hang out with my cat.

Stephen King, Agatha Christie..horror and mystery in general. Not exactly bedtime material lol. For one of my classes this semester, I had to get a couple of anthologies in the horror genre. Lots of stories about vampires in there..not like Twlight Vampires but 1800 vampires.

Reading is a great way to unwind, and I'm also trying to get in the habit of doing that before bed instead of sitting on reddit.
