Missing cat pay (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by LittleHellkat
So I was supposed to be paid for two weeks leave under the cat pay and my paystub says otherwise. Any suggestions on what to do? I’m high key panicking..

I made a post about this, as well. After April CAT pay just disappeared off my paycheck.

I spoke to my manager and she said certain people don’t qualify for it (in my case, I’m a new hire so they have no hours to go off of). They’re looking at your February hours and I got hired in March.

However, I am suppose to receive back pay from Starbucks because my average hours is 20 a week and they’ve only been paying me for 9, maybe 10 hours a week (because that’s what I’ve been working since the corona hit).

New hires who don’t have time card statements from the applicable fiscal weeks in February should have been automatically getting the average hours worked in cat pay (20 hours a week) up to May 4th. After that only if you fall into certain categories or there are no available hours within 15 miles of your home store.

15 miles is 24.14 km

Call your SM and if they don't know, then call PCC.

Everything got fixed because I have the worlds best DM and I’m getting off cycle pay but I’m scared it won’t be here in time for my rent and where I live there isn’t rent forgiveness.
I called to see if the covid cup find was still open how convenient for me they closed that on May 1st.

This pay cycle was one still greatly affected by covid-19 so why they decided to close the help makes no sense.
