I’m just curious what the current barista pay looks like? In CA more specifically, last I checked it was around $12.50 starting but I assume it went up?

Nope, I’ve been a partner for almost a year, not sure the starting rate atm. 15 plus $3 in cat pay which is ending in a few days.
