Yeah I've worked at stores with the new ones and I can't stand how it spits out tickets one at a time, it's so stressful 😓

Check your caramel drizzle bottles. They should say caramel sauce.

Literally no clue but we've run out of dark caramel so it was marked out which makes me even more intrigued by the mysterious caramel sauce. I just did 10 pumps of the syrup tbh.

If you’ve ever had a caramel Frappuccino the sauce is what is drizzled on top of the Frappuccinos but people usually want extra and for other drinks besides the Frappuccino to get drizzled like on the side of the cup , and the syrup is the flavoring the drink itself gets which is what that liquid is in the cup of this picture given it’s not all caramel syrup. Idk if that helps. Also the sauce normally just comes out of a bottle we squeeze, we don’t pump it but I do know when I worked at another job and we got Starbucks products we did have a container we could pump it out of so they probably just haven’t changed it since at least at the corporate Starbucks we don’t pump the regular caramel sauce.
