I recently got my partner card set up on my app (I have an image of a siren on a green apron and got my long string of numbers from following the guide online) However it won’t apply my partner discount if I try to order from the app?

I talked to a coworker whose discount is working and she said she had to activate the discount within the app, I have looked for it all over the settings but I haven’t found anything remotely talking about activating a partner discount :(

Has anyone else had this problem? Advice appreciated <3
