Lol I have a lady who acts the exact same she gets a nonfat latte with one honey packet in it and we have to remake it at least 2 times for her because she thinks we're so incompetent that we can't make it right the first time

We had a customer like this once and literally told her no, when she asked for a second round of remakes. We told her we can offer her a refund, but we cannot take up any more of other customer’s time.

i had a girl who was picking up a drink from her mom in the car and had to come back 4 separate times because her mom didn’t think it was sweet enough. i felt bad for the poor kid who looked so embarrassed, and it took until i put almost 3x the normal amount of syrup for her mom to be pleased
