Has anyone actually done the coffee academy levels that were sent out to stores? My manager insisted we didn't have time but now that our high volume store has been serving less than 10 ppl a day we finally have time! We both went through it Friday and it's super cool! Was wondering if anyone else has done it, if it's helped you be a better barista, what thoughts are about it.
