I hate to say this but I'm pretty sure a blm pin would be considered against policy since it's """"political""". obviously that's bullshit but I just wouldn't want you to get in trouble for it and I feel like you'd be likely to. good luck 💙

I wear a Rosie the Riveter one that a customer actually gave to me as a gift & honestly if anyone tried to tell me not to wear it I would just say it was a ~customer connection~
But I do think they should really allow us to wear our own as long as it’s appropriate, it’s a way to express yourself! (Although my store is super cool about it I know many stores are strict)

You can as long as it’s appropriate. Nothing religious, political, etc. BLM would be considered political so that would be a no (unfortunately)

Some stores are going to be ok with it but some SMs arent going to allow ""political"" messages or copyright content
Keep in mind this is the company that doesnt enforce customer mask wearing because conservatives think it's a "violation of rights"

It's less some SMs won't allow political messaging and more some SMs don't enforce the company policy on politics at work.
It sucks, I don't agree, but even if your SM is cool any customer can get a hair up your ass and get you fired. I've seen baristas separated first offense for it.

100%. Its kindof like taking expired food home- feel out the waters before you do it. At the end of the day though customers can still really screw you over.

Yes you can as long as it’s appropriate, and it is limited to one non starbs pin
