I’m allowed to post this in the Starbucks FB group. But I made a post about how I (disabled) was illegally terminated while involuntarily hospitalized, so now I cannot collect unemployment, and now I’m postblocked. (i.redd.it)

You might want to look into partial employment? I would also contact a lawyer (many are doing consults) to see if theres something you can do.

What’s the problem with being reinstated if you were going to sue for being fired? I would have just collected the unemployment. You would have gotten more money than working to be honest.

They didn’t ask me. I said my social worker will call you Monday and they “retroactively reinstated me”.

He no call, no showed for days without contacting anyone at the store but had time to post on Facebook. Then they agreed to reverse fire him when he finally contacted management.
