so i got into work today and did the pre check and everything. while doing so, a customer came in for their mobile order. i got a mask and went behind the bar to clock in because that's where the ipad is.

and this lady flips out on my shift, asking "why don't they have a mask?!?" like a banshee and my shift, who is AWESOME, responded "they just got here." the lady just scoffed and snatched her drink away before leaving, and we all kinda laughed because does she expect us to suit up before we walk in? i don't get it.

also, she wasn't wearing a mask herself. lmfao.

We had something similar happen at my store the other day. We're still not letting customers in so the guy was waiting at the door while we worked on his drinks and an employee came by for his tips and to grind some of his coffee. The employee didn't have a mask and when we have the customer his drink he complained about it but guess what? No mask on his face either.

The hypocrisy is astounding and hilarious all at once.

It's just crazy to me that they can't even see it. They're so desperate for their coffee they can't even see us as human beings.

weird, in my district we are forced to put our masks on before we walk in or walk up to the door, if we don't we can get written up
