It’s a modified version of the rose quartz latte, which was a menu item in select areas (or was it nation wide?), using cold brew base instead of espresso. A drink created by a barista champion and made popular by other baristas posting it here and r/Starbucks. My bet is that’s a partner bev or a really well informed customer.
Rose quartz latte (blonde espresso recommended). Raspberry syrup, strawberry cold foam. Fun fact it actually was initially a strawberry whipped cream before they settled on cold foam. Drink was created around when cold foam launched and making a whole strawberry whipped cream, well.

Like anything, some people like it some don’t. I’m not a fan of coffee and fruit combos. I tasted the whipped cream which was actually pretty good (some vanilla was used, tasted like strawberry shortcake). I don’t think I ever actually tasted the finished beverage just because I think raspberry and coffee is an absurd combo.

Before quarantine started, I tried making it at my store. It’s pretty good, but I recommend omitting the raspberry syrup.

had somebody ask for it and told them unless they can give me the recipe that we don’t know how to make it, they got a chai latte instead. i don’t mind making these drinks but when people ask for “the new” of something like it’s on our menu/we know all the secret menu items it’s frustrating

I remember making one of these after a coworker found the recipe online or something. Tasted better than I expected but the fruit/coffee combo was still too bizarre for me to enjoy like a whole drink of it
