This happened today with someone who waited 1.5 hours to come get their frappuccinos. They insisted we remake them and I was already there 30 minutes late and I said no originally and they pressed it because “we got stuck in a meeting”.

Because I hate myself, I agreed but told them to come inside because they were three very complicated fraps. They come in and immediately interrupt me to ask if we can make one hot. Dude I was LITTY.

Idk why you’re getting downvoted :/ that’s what we’re supposed to do. These drinks aren’t cheap. Of course, I deserve to be compensated for my labor... and helping customers is part of my labor description. **if I was there past my scheduled time, I just would have said yes to the customer and asked the shift or whoever was scheduled later to remake it because I’m off the clock.

Imagine if you were a regular person who ordered a “coffee” for $7.49, and it wasn’t good. I hope people come back and tell us something isn’t right. I respect the money from their labor.
