The rush of caffeine and sugar hit me instantly. I was having one probably every other day before Covid (buying it from a location). Now I am back working in a grocery bux, but wearing a mask. Honestly has probably helped my health since I can’t drink all the sugary leftovers. I don’t think I should drink any more Sbux drinks at all while working anymore. It’s too easy to get hooked. Just water for me. I’ll try to use this to be accountable to that ✌️
