I can understand where your manager comes from because it can create panics and wear down morale. On the other hand, your manager is also in the wrong because every partner only has till this Sunday to make their decisions so if you haven’t been told already, it’s kinda late.

Check the sub here. Another Redditor posted a picture of the PDF they’re supposed to send out. It’ll have all the details for you. I believe it’s also on the partner hub under *Partner Care* or something like that.
I was off yesterday and I’m off today too so I don’t know if my SM had meetings with people yet, but I do know she was on many conference calls on Monday. Just waiting for the news to drop. I was going to put my 2 weeks in soon, but I might just wait to see what all option 3 entails.

I also didn't know until i found out from here. I have a feeling my specific store will not offer these options. The options are only available to under-performing stores.

Deadline to answer preference is Sunday. Final decision deadline is Wednesday. Between the connect where you get the information and Sunday you should have 3 days to consider
