Sorry for the caps. It’s that serious. There are anti retaliation standards SMs are trained in and expected to uphold. If they don’t; that’s another ethics and compliance violation.

One of my co workers was sick over the weekend and everyone knew about it, and she came into work 2 days later while still having a sore throat :)

If you were found doing this at our store you’d be terminated on the spot, no joke. Don’t ever lie on those systems because it’s not just for your protection, but also the protection of your team.

You can call partner support I believe they could transfer you to someone to help.

You lied out of fear of being treated badly by your SM? I would be leary of strict consequences after reporting that. It would be different if your SM treated you badly AFTER you answered honestly and asked to go home. What you did is actually a serious violation of our illness policy and grounds for Corrective Action.

You jeopardized your whole store´s health. I know that wasn´t your intentions, but your store should be shut down for a biohazard cleaning and partners subjected to quarantine. You should call your SM to report it to the DM immediately. Your SM is not allowed to retaliate, but you need to be worried about your fellow partners.
