How do I politely ask for my partner mark out? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m a new barista and it’s my understanding that although our 50% discount has returned to the regular 30%, we can still get 1 free drink and food item every day. What is the easiest way to ask for this? Do I just tell them I’m a partner at the drive thru?

Here for the same question. Traveling across country so wasn’t sure if it was the same across the states. So the free drink and food has been extended?
