Question about the 3 options? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Just curious if someone has asked this question or if I'm just being dumb.
I've heard that these choices are being taken into consideration and that it's not like they are actually going into affect? But I've also heard that say you pick number 3 you will be terminated immediately? I don't really want to go through the stress of expressing interest in leaving, and then I awkwardly go back to working. Thanks!

You should go on the hub and read the full PDF. Search for Partner Care Preferences to find it. Unemployment varies by state so you should look at your state's unemployment website to see if you'll qualify.
These are "preferences" so your SM can do what they deem necessary for the store. They can deny any of the three options, but it's unlikely that the severance will be denied.
