i’m so worried because of the three options. i’m scared i’m gonna be forced into option 2 or 3 but that would kill me. i love working and i need the money, i feel like my sm wouldn’t force me but also i don’t know. i’m realllllly freaking out.

Yeah I know what you mean. Luckily one of the store managers at a store nearby said that if I would be put on option 2 that he can take me. Maybe ask your SM if you have to take option 2 maybe you could go to another store for a bit.

Hey remember Starbucks doesn’t own you. They can’t legally force you to do anything. I know some SM’s are making it seem like you have no choice but you do! If you wanna keep working keep doing it. Just don’t let them scare you, ask about the policies they bombard you with and 9/10 there isn’t one written down. Know your rights.
