my GM didn’t find coverage for our 7:30 person so we have to wait until 12:45 for a 3rd person :/ but enjoy the chaos!

Dang, way to go! Whereas me, i felt like a superwoman warming and bar-ring during opening pre-covid. I can’t imagine the escalated level of stress while being understaffed during this time

happy cake day! and i usually wear black but they were in the wash so i wore these today. i saw my GM later on and she didn’t say anything so i guess she’s okay with them

What’s a cake day? 😹 i see the icon but I haven’t a clue to what it is. But yes! My clothes tend to be in the wash and I end up wearing wrong colored jeans (light) and all my shifts and manager will call me out on them. Also if I wear my ring with small stones.

it’s your anniversary for when you joined reddit! and my shifts and gm aren’t too strict on dress code as long as we look okay no one says anything

Oh wild! I hadn’t even known what day it Was that I joined so thank you 😹😹 but it’s good to hear not all stores are super strict on dress code, ours is sort of reflecting our local schools and it’s pretty saddening because it wasn’t like that when I initially joined
