Last day after choosing option 3 (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey all, I'm planning on choosing option 3 during my 1 on 1 with my store manager tomorrow. I've seen different things floating around and if anyone would be able to answer these two questions for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

1. Can the separation preference be denied and ultimately be substituted for preference 1?
2. If I am allowed preference 3, would my last day be tomorrow?

Look on the partner hub. July 11th is the day that you will have the talk with your manager on separation. If you choose that option, that would be your last day along with a quick talk and the severance package.
July 15th is the day they let the other partners know what they get (1, or 2)

Everything has been worded so weirdly that it's left me wondering... Would ask my SM but I figured the last thing she would want to hear is that I plan on separating honestly.

Yeah a partner said they wanted option 3 and was denied 🙅♂️ so sad so now they will be giving up shifts ha

Yes acc to the personal care partner preference pdf on the hub your preference can be approved or denied based on store needs.
