So I would definitely take advantage of option two with what you stated. I am going through issues with the transferring process right now but someone will always be there to help you. I also wouldn’t worry about what your SM will think about you choosing option two. If they have a problem then that’s their problem. You are doing what’s best for you. & from everything I’ve experienced with transferring, yes it’s making things more complicated but it will work. In regards to your September transfer they will most likely postpone it and you will be on active status at the store you’re currently at. Now if you’re in a similar boat like me and I moved from one city to another then my manager at the store I’m active at has to talk w the SM to figure out what they have to do.
