Can someone give me a synopsis of the "3 options"? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I have been on medical leave for the last three months and have started to hear ominous things from my coworkers. My return to work date is June 7 and I have a meeting with the store manager on June 8. I would prefer not to go in blind.
Also maybe relevant, my store has had 4 different managers in the last 3 months and the current one I have only met once in passing.
