Why would you even consider going into work? Stay home get rest get well.

Don’t go in. Call your SM and stay home.

I let my SM know and they said it just sounded like allergies and that I can try to switch my shift or get it covered 😭 I KNOW that I'm not going to pass that questionnaire

If I were you, I would call PRSC as soon as you can and confirm with them on new safety protocols and what to do. And let them know that your SM still expects you to come in even though you have symptoms.

Your SM will need to find coverage since you are sick. It’s the policy. And with New safety protocols, of partner experiences ANY symptoms (even if it’s allergies), partner needs to stay home and let SM know so SM can find coverage.

Is a medical check of some point possible for you? Like financially or logistically? I'm Canadian and my first thought was wtf get to a hospital this sounds borderline anaphylactic. But maybe that's cost-prohibitive...? I would highly suggest at least calling your doctor. Bruising and bleeding are not typical allergy symptoms- this could just be a severe season, or it could be a sinus infection, an allergic over-reaction of some kind...

I almost thought I was going to have to use a family members epipen yesterday. It scared the heck out of me.
I tried calling my doctor's office and the earliest they can see me is Tuesday, otherwise it's a $75 fee to go to urgent care and I'm broke 🙃
