I was a partner the summer they discontinued the light base for the Frappuccinos. I had a man yell at me about “what are the diabetics supposed to do” idk sir maybe order something besides blended sugar??

"I'd like a grande vanilla latte."
"I'm so sorry, we're actually out of vanilla for this evening."
"Oh. Can I get a grande caramel macchiato?"

Honestly I really wish they'd get a new mocha recipe. I hate their mocha.

Maybe the Mocha would taste better if we were able to add it to a drink in powdered form, like with swiss miss hot cocoa.

Ugh this is great for the partners, but sucks for those of us who can’t do sugar and need a switch up from the usual latte. Don’t get me wrong, I hate tossing all the extra that never gets used. But it’s my very favorite hot drink and now my soul is crushed.

I felt bad for one regular who gets a iced skinny mocha everyday...but it was funny how fast she was like “regular mocha is fine” and didn’t seem to care at all.

I've never tried the skinny mocha, but if it's anything like the sugar free mocha syrup they brought out when I was a partner back in '07, *good fucking riddance*

i hated mixing it but i hate the taste of the regular mocha so much more. rip sf mocha, I'll miss ya

There's a regular at my store who talks about skinny mocha like a godsend because he lost a bunch of weight changing his coffee routine. He has tried every other healthy option and has settled on that and I'm NOT looking forward to breaking that man's heart.

as much as i hate making it and washing out 99% of it at the end of the night, i’m sad to see it go :( the grandmother of one of my coworkers gets a skinny mocha frapp every day and now i don’t know if she can get it but hopefully we can figure out a way to make her drink still

as a nice fair well, we stashed our last skinny mocha somewhere for it to never be found...

I for some reason remembered hearing that they were getting rid of skinny mocha like way back last Xmas or something? Obviously that didn’t happen then.

As someone who eats low-carb/keto I’m pretty bummed about the switch. At my store at least one batch of SM lasts us all day. It’s literally just one more thing to wash. I don’t understand what’s so upsetting about that but maybe I’m missing something 🤷‍♂️ When a bunch of people piled on me and other users for being annoyed with people who order refreshers with no water and no ice I made peace with the fact I have some unpopular opinions lol.
