I told my boss on Tuesday I wanted to stay but after actually being able to review my options I want to take package 3. Can I still change my mind? I have until the end of day today right ?

You need to definitely report that you were referred to with a racial slur. Was it a customer or a partner? Either way, your manager did nothing and that will absolutely lead to you feeling unsafe in the workplace. Hopefully starbucks will be willing to help you transfer or at least compensate you for the situation. I’m really sorry you had to go through that!

It was an employee who also mentioned that he no longer wanted rides home because my (now ex) was Mexican , and has been in trouble before for sexual comments to not only other female partners but underage ones too. Now I’m wondering if he ever got written up because there’s no way he did and still works here; and he got fired from his last 2 jobs

You can’t change your mind after you submitted your preference. Your SM most likely already submitted all the preferences to the DM.

Once you have your preferable to your SM, that was your final answer. Doesn’t matter what day you did it. Does your SM work on Sundays?

Most SM will submit it to the DM by Friday or Saturday to have more time to look over all the district and decide what to do.

You can still quit and leave Starbucks, you just won’t get severance and won’t be eligible for unemployment since it would be voluntary quit.

I believe it says in a few places that decisions are final based on when you give them. It may depend on when the district meeting with the DMs and SMs takes place. As far as I know/heard, once you say your preference, its final.
