I've gotten a few "no ice" frappuccinos (lately two for a delivery) and in cases where it's mobile or delivery I just give it to them. It is/looks disgusting but if they don't understand the basics of the frap, then they get what they ordered.

We have a few people that mobile order like that too, I finally asked them what the point was the other day and they told me they go home and blend it with ice so it's freshly blended and not separating from sitting around after being ordered. Pretty smart imo.

I think Veronica is confused too.

I’ve been told that they’re trying to recreate the bottle Frappuccinos they sell in the stores.

That’s just silly. If that’s what they are trying to accomplish, they need to order a iced mocha or vanilla [latte], no ice, no whip.
