I'm going to continue to work because obviously I'm a glutton for punishment lol But my question is, when does all of this take place? I'm worried about being short staffed this week and next and there's negative zero communication in my store so any info would be appreciated thank you!

You will be short staffed all summer. You will have Happy Hours with 3 people (including the shift).
Then it will get slightly worse in Sept/Oct then you’ll be slammed with holiday.
There is no relief coming so best get steady and ready.
