Someone ordered a lot of Frappuccinos today and our barista was really stressed, but she pushed through and got them all out in under 4 min. Then he tipped us $20. Such a kind kind man. Just wanted to share positivity. There are good customers among all of this.

i know shit sucks at work right now, but that's the one thing that has gotten better-tips!! with less hours worked and people feeling sorry for us our tips have gone through the roof. not like it's a good tradeoff for a staffed floor, though...

This would never happen in the UK😂 we have groups of people come in and order like 20 frapps and then just leave without even thanking us.
