It might just be your store or certain areas. Plus it depends on how lenient your SM is. I’m over in Las Vegas and most stores here seem to follow uniform.

I just transferred and two of the shifts (one was trying to asm) are constantly wearing leggings. It annoys me so much, because if it was a grey area, whatever... but it’s so clear about not wearing leggings

I still wear black polos because I bought a bunchhhhh before we were allowed to stray from the polo life.
