Lately, I guess with covid and everything my store manager has not been keeping up with making schedules. Today, Wednesday June 10, and I do not have any sort of schedule on teamworks, posted in the store, nothing for the week of 15-21. With not having a schedule, and the inconsistent hours with covid, I have no idea when, what days, what times I work next week. I’ve previously spoken to my store manager about posting schedules sooner but with how soon next week is and still with no schedule, it seems unfair.
Any advice on what I should do? Or is this even allowed?
