We got the recipe card for this drink this morning and after a little experimenting, we discovered it’s best if you mix half almond milk, half sweet cream.
Hear me out. If you make it standard, it tastes great but almond milk just *doesn’t* foam well. If you make it with sweet cream instead (skip the vanilla syrup) it foams super well but just doesn’t taste as good. If you mix 50ml sweet cream with 50ml almond milk (just 1 pump vanilla instead of 2), it foams almost as well as sweet cream and tastes amazing!
