Question about the Covid-19 questionnaire (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Maksisdo
So I have asthma and with the spring/summer allergies starting my breathing has been really difficult lately. I know this is the reason for my breathing issues but should I still answer yes to the questionnaire when it asks if you’re experiencing symptoms including difficulty breathing? And if I answer yes does that make it an automatic no to work that day? Sorry if this is confusing just wondering what I should be doing

I wouldn’t answer saying that you have difficulty breathing. If you know FOR SURE that it’s because of your asthma, then there’s no reason to, unless you want a day off of work I suppose. I don’t think they would let you come in if you say that you’re having symptoms

i have the same problem this time of year. i haven’t been calling it a ~symptom~ but i do consciously take note of my breathing every day and keep pollen count in mind. just take extra care to evaluate what’s out of the norm for your body!
