2 drinks at a time.

As far as customers need to know, that's as fast as we are capable of going due to our company required sequencing. Whether that's 2 espresso drinks or a mix of hot and cold bar, is irrelevant. Policy is only 2 drinks at a time. Malicious compliance is perfect for this current situation. We're doing what's required, but not one damn iota more.

If your plan is to play the malicious compliance game, you are better off just quitting now. I don’t care if you’re a barista or a shift or your core motivations.... I would pull you off the floor and immediately call the SM.

All you are effectively accomplishing is making the job miserable for everyone else on your shift. You’re ruining other people’s lives and livelihoods, so you can be passive aggressive and make “your point”.

If you are unhappy with how Starbucks is running their business, why not just quit?

Not everyone has the luxury to just up and quit

So you’re going to put more peoples jobs at risk?
